City of Troy Mayor Harry J. Tutunjian
Born and raised in Troy, New York, Harry J. Tutunjian graduated from Hudson Valley Community College with an Associates Degree. Prior to taking office as mayor, he managed and operated Naz's Body Shop, a 35 year-old family business.
Tutunjian was first elected to the Troy City Council in 1999 as a representative of District #3. In 2001, he ran for an at-large seat on the City Council and became the City Council President. In 2002, he became the second elected mayor of Troy (since a charter change in 1995).
